Where Work meets Fulfillment
Live studio production has taught me that every broadcast is an opportunity to tell a story in real time. As I’ve grown from a crew member to a Studio Producer, I’ve learned the importance of teamwork, preparation, and adapting under pressure. I enjoy bringing every element together to create an engaging experience for the audience.

Collaboration that Clicks
Live studio production depends on trust. Camera ops, anchors, and directors all move together like clockwork. When something changes mid-show, the team has to adapt instantly. We work together to try and create a fun and energetic live comedy show every Tuesday.
I have had the opportunity to grow from a crew member into a producer responsible for leading live broadcasts and helping tell stories that entertain, inform, and connect with viewers.
Turning Learning into Action
What I love about production is that every show feels like a rehearsal for the future. I’ve learned how to prep shot lists, manage time codes, and keep everyone organized. The technical skills are important, but what I’ve valued most is learning how to lead creative teams, solve problems under pressure, and communicate ideas effectively—skills that apply far beyond the control room.
